One rider, one fee
An errand is priced the same way a delivery is: by distance, in bands, quoted before anyone sets off. There is no meter running and no negotiation at the door.
Questions about errands and courier delivery
Can a rider collect something and bring it to me?
Yes. A collection and a delivery are the same trip to a rider, and priced as one.
Is there a size or weight limit?
Riders carry what fits safely on a motorcycle. Anything larger needs a vehicle, and the app will not accept an order a rider cannot actually carry.
