Refund & Cancellation Policy

Enrollment & Access
  • All course details, pricing, and enrollment steps are available via our online platform.
  • Upon enrollment, students gain access to the dashboard and schedule for upcoming physical sessions.
  • Course materials (ebooks, prep guides, etc.) may be shared digitally or distributed at the session venue.
Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds for course enrollments are available within 7 days of registration if no physical session has been attended.
  • Refunds for physical resources (kits, materials) are accepted within 10 days of receipt, if returned unused and sealed.
  • Coaching and physical workshop sessions can be refunded only if canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Membership plans (Basic/Full Family) are refundable within 14 days of activation, provided no session or benefit has been used.
How to Request a Refund
  • Submit a cancellation request including your Order ID, reason for refund, and any relevant details.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after review.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Participation in any scheduled physical session or workshop.
  • Use of downloadable materials, discount coupons, or exclusive membership perks.
  • Physical resources returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
  • Late cancellations without prior notification.
Cancellations
  • You can cancel future sessions or subscriptions through your dashboard settings.
  • Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund unless it meets refund eligibility criteria.
  • Memberships can be discontinued anytime to prevent future billing cycles.
