Return Policy for Women’s Products – Sanitary Pads & More
At Patride, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. While we understand that needs may change, we also ensure that our products meet the highest safety and hygiene standards. Please review our return policy below.
Hygiene Products (Sanitary Pads, Intimate Care, etc.) – Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the packaging is opened. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products – If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 15 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items – If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at support@patride.com with your order details and a picture of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items – For health and safety reasons, opened sanitary products, intimate hygiene items, and personal care goods are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or issue caused during shipment.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact.
